The manufacturing process begins with the careful selection of eco-friendly plantation timber, from which veneers are peeled and seasoned to a moisture content of 6%. These veneers are smooth, free of knots and splinters, and are rotary cut. Two layers of metal wire mesh reinforcement are then added and impregnated with thermosetting adhesives that meet the standards set forth in IS: 848: 1974. Finally, the veneers are densified under precisely controlled conditions of high temperature and pressure, and it can withstand heavy loads. The production process involves incorporating sheets of metal wires between the layers of the plywood.
